AT CYCLELAB FITNESS STUDIO WE OFFER A VARIETY OF CLASSES SO YOU NEVER GET TIRED OF DOING THE SAME WORKOUT.

FUSION: Spinning and weights come together in an incredible 30-minute cycle ride combined with 15-minutes of body sculpting off the bike. Come strengthen and build muscle, increase core stability, tone those curves, and improve cardiovascular health. This is one spin class you need to experience for yourself!
*Please bring your tennis shoes, you're gonna need 'em! (You'll thank us later. ;) )

TONE & SPIN: This 45-minute class will combine the best elements of riding with upper body movements. Experience hard hitting beats that will push you through a high intensity workout designed around tap-backs and push-ups for a full-body workout. Be inspired and challenged to get results. 

GROUP TRAINING: Try our small group training class lead by Pon. Take a little break off the bike and concentrate on building and lengthening your muscles with a one-hour session of weight lifting that will also burn off unwanted fat.

MONDAY: Full-body workout and core. 
WEDNESDAY: Chest, back, shoulders, and core.
FRIDAY: Legs, arms, and core.
