FUSION CYCLE: Come together in one powerful class that offers you the most successful way to get lean and shredded fast. You’ll shed fat, define muscle, dramatically enhance athletic performance, and transform your physique. *30-minutes on the bike and 15-minutes of strength training off the bike. Requires running shoes.
TONE & SPIN: This 45-minute class will combine the best elements of riding with upper body movements. Experience hard hitting beats that will push you through a high intensity workout designed around tap-backs and push-ups for a full-body workout. Be inspired and challenged to get results.
SPIN & SCULPT: This is an incredible 30-minute Tone & Spin Ride combined with 15-minutes of body sculpting off the bike. Come lengthen and strengthen muscles, build core stability, tone biceps and triceps, and improve cardiovascular health. This is a unique type of exercise.*Non-traditional spin class. *Requires running shoes.
GROUP TRAINING: Try our small group training class lead by Pon. Take a little break off the bike and concentrate on building and lengthening your muscles with a one-hour session of weight lifting that will also burn off unwanted fat.
MONDAY: Full-body workout and core.
WEDNESDAY: Chest, back, shoulders, and core.
FRIDAY: Legs, arms, and core.
